Parking Lot Restriping
1. Lines/Stalls
Single or double coat, standard 4" width line markings, line striping.
2. Crosswalks
Standard ADA sizes or customized, hashed, blocks, etc. to ensure maximum safety for pedestrians/motorists.
3. ADA Compliance
ADA Parking spaces and access aisles; Local, State and Federally compliant parking spaces with optional signage installation.
4. Parking Space Stencils
Clear pavement markings indicating how a parking lot should function: Numbered stalls, Visitor, Reserved, Compact, etc.
5. Traffic Flow Stencils
Pavement marking to direct traffic: Stop, Slow, Drive Thru, Arrows, Stop bars, etc.
6. Fire Lane compliance
Red curbing per local directive or restriped to refresh current compliance, complete with “No Parking” stencil
New Construction Layout
A-1 can configure layout and stripe new and existing parking lots in compliance with provided site plans or reconfigure the striping to meet municipal code.
Parking Lot Signage
Critical for both safety and direction functionality, A-1 provides a variety of signage and fixture options for parking lots and pathways.
Wheel Stops
AKA Curb Stops, Parking Bumpers, and Bumper Blocks. We procure and install precast concrete parking wheel stops. These offer a simple and effective solution for parking management and security. They are reinforced with rebar for increased durability.
Speed Bump Installation
Modest rubber speed bumps, offered in a variety of safety colors, provide both speed safety and effective parking lot traffic flow and do not interfere with driver maneuverability.
Seasonal Services
De-icing services when inclement weather poses safety and transportation hazards. This is an environmentally-friendly service.
